مستويات اليقظة العقلية لدى طلبة الكليات الإنسانية وعلاقتها بمستوى أدائهم الأكاديمي

الأهداف: هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى تقدير مستويات اليقظة العقلية لدى طلبة الكليات الإنسانية باحتلاف الجنس ومستوى التحصيل الدراسي.
المنهجية: جرى استخدام مقياس العوامل الخمسة لليقظة العقلية (FFMQ) والمكون من (39) فقرة توزعت على خمسة مجالات هي: الملاحظة، والوصف، والتصرف بوعي، وعدم إصدار الأحكام، وعدم التفاعل مع الخبرات الداخلية. جرى ترجمة الاستبيان إلى اللغة العربية، ثم تجريبه على عينة استطلاعية مكونة من (75) طالبًا وطالبة لمعرفة خصائص الفقرات والتحقق من صدق وثبات المقياس وبعد إعداد الصورة النهائية للاستبيان جرى تطبيقه على عينة عنقودية مكونة من (469) طالبًا وطالبة من الكليات الإنسانية في الجامعة الاردنية.
النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى اليقظة العقلية كان متوسطًأ على نحو عام وعلى جميع المجالات مع عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعًا لمتغير الجنس، ووجود فروق تعزى لمتغير مستوى التحصيل ولصالح ذوي التحصيل المرتفع، كما أظهرت النتائج ان العلاقة بين اليقظة والتحصيل الأكاديمي كانت متدنية ولم تفسر اليقظة سوى ما مقداره 2% من التحصيل الأكاديمي.
الخلاصة: هناك تناقضات واختلافات واضحة في نتائج البحث العلمي حول العلاقة بين التحصيل الأكاديمي واليقظة العقلية، لذلك توصي هذه الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات وخصوصًأ التجريبية منها لتقصي هذه العلاقة باستخدام عينات مدرسية وجامعية ومن تخصصات مختلفة علمية وإنسانية.
