الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة على نحو رئيس بيان الأبعاد السياسية للعلاقات العربية الصينية في ضوء مبادرة الحزام والطريق الصينية خلال الفترة (2013-2021).

المنهجية: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومنهج صنع القرار في عرض موضوع الدراسة حيث تم جمع المراجع والأبحاث التي تناولت العلاقات العربية الصينية ومبادرة الحزام والطريق الصينية في الفترة ما بين (2013-2021) وتحليلها للوصول إلى النتائج.

النتائج: بينت الدراسة أن مبادرة الحزام والطريق الصينية أسهمت في تعزيز العلاقات السياسية العربية الصينية في ضوء المصالح السياسية المشتركة بين الدول العربية والصين. تحاول الصين دعم المواقف العربية على أساس تحقيق العدالة، كما أن النفوذ الصيني في المنطقة العربية يرتبط بقدرة الصين على زيادة حجم صادراتها للمنطقة العربية مما سيسهم في تعميق العلاقات بين الطرفين.

التوصيات: توصي الدراسة مراكز الأبحاث العربية بيان آليات الإفادة من مشاريع مبادرة الحزام والطريق الصينية لتعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية في الدول العربية، وأهمية التركيز على التعاون الثنائي والمتعدد بين الدول العربية والصين. كما توصي بتعزيز الشراكة الاستراتيجية بين الدول العربية والصين في ضوء مشاريع مبادرة الحزام والطريق الصينية.
