النمذجة السببية للعلاقات بين الرفاهية النفسية والمرونة النفسية والدعم الاجتماعي المدرك

الأهداف: هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقات السببيّة بين الرفاهية النفسية والمرونة النفسية والدعم الاجتماعي المدرك لدى طلبة جامعة اليرموك من خلال نمذجة سببية مقترحة تستند إلى أسس معرفية اعتمدت أسلوب تحليل المسار لتفسير الرفاهية النفسية.
المنهجية: لتحقيق هدف الدّراسة اسْتُخدِم مقياس معتقدات الرفاهية النفسية لرايف وكايس (Ryff & Keyes, 1995)، ومقياس المرونة النفسية لسميث ودالين وويجنز وتولي وكريستوفر وبيرنارد (Smith, Dalen, Wiggins, Tooley, Christopher & Bernard, 2008). ومقياس الدعم الاجتماعي المدرك لزيمت وداهلم وزيمت وفارلي (Zimet, Dahlemm, Zimet & Farley, 1988). تكوّنت عينة الدّراسة من 310 طالبًا وطالبة، تم اختيارهم بالطّريقة المتيسرة.
النتائج: أظهرت النّتائج مطابقة النموذج المقترح لمؤشرات المطابقة المقبولة، نظرًا لوقوع أغلب مؤشرات المطابقة للنموذج المقترح المعدل ضمن حدود الثقة لمؤشرات المطابقة المستخدمة في اختبار النموذج، مما يَدُلُّ على ملاءمة النموذج للبيانات ملاءمة جيدة. فكانت مؤشرات المطابقة على النحو الآتي: (مؤشر المطابقة التزايديةIFI) ) = 0.99)، (ومؤشر المطابقة المقارن ((CFI= 0.99)، (رمسي ((RMSEA =0.07)، (ومربع كاي المعيارية ( ) = 2.53)، بالتالي فإن النموذج يفسر العلاقات التي تم اقتراحها وهو يعبر عن النموذج السببي الأمثل لمتغيرات الدراسة.
الخلاصة: النموذج يفسر العلاقات المثلى المباشرة وغير المباشرة لكل من الرفاهية النفسية والمرونة النفسية والدعم الاجتماعي المدرك، بحيث يصبح هناك تأصيلاً نظرياً عميقاً، وعليه اقترحت هذه النتائج توصيات بإجراء مزيد من الدراسات السببية؛ لتقديم فهم أكثر تكاملا وشمولية في الشخصية الإنسانية، وربطها بالجوانب المختلفة؛ مثل التكيف النفسي وسمات الشخصية.
