القدرة التنبؤية لأبعاد الكفاءة الذاتية الأكاديمية واليقظة العقلية بالإجهاد الأكاديمي لدى الطلبة المتميّزين

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن القدرة التنبؤية لأبعاد الكفاءة الذاتية الأكاديمية واليقظة العقلية بالإجهاد الأكاديمي لدى الطلبة المتميزين، كما هدفت أيضًا إلى الكشف عن مستوى الفروق في الإجهاد الأكاديمي بأبعاده المختلفة لدى الطلبة تبعًا للجنس والصف الدراسي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (87) طالبًا وطالبةً. جرى اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة جرى استخدام مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية الأكاديمية، ومقياس اليقظة العقلية، ومقياس الإجهاد الأكاديمي. أشارت النتائج إلى أن بُعد المثابرة من مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية الأكاديمية هو المتغير الوحيد الذي تنبأ، وعلى نحو دال إحصائيًا، بالإجهاد الأكاديمي لدى الطلبة؛ حيث فسر ما نسبته(11.6%) من التباين في الإجهاد الأكاديمي، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإجهاد الأكاديمي لدى الطلبة تعزى إلى الجنس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإجهاد الأكاديمي لدى الطلبة تعزى إلى الصف ولصالح طلبة الصف الثاني ثانوي.
