الملخص

الأهداف: يهدف هذا البحث التعرف إلى فاعلية برنامج إرشادي قائم على مهارات العلاج السلوكي الجدلي في تحسين صعوبة التنظيم الانفعالي لدى نزيلات السجن المركزي في سلطنة عُمان.

 المنهجية: تكونت عينة البحث من اثنتي عشرة نزيلة في السجن المركزي، واتبع البحث المنهج المختلط التتابعي التفسيري (الكمي والنوعي)، وللإجابة عن أسئلة البحث تم استخدم الأدوات الآتية: تصميم برنامج إرشادي، ومقياس صعوبات التنظيم الانفعالي (DERS) من إعداد هاليون وآخرين Hallion et al., 2018)) ترجمة الباحثة - ومقابلات شبه منظمة.

 النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن للبرنامج الإرشادي القائم على مهارات العلاج السلوكي الجدلي تأثيرًا إيجابيًّا على النزيلات، وهناك فروق دالة إحصائيًّا بين درجات أفراد عينة البحث بين القياسات القبلي والبعدي والتتبعي لصالح القياسين البعدي والتتبعي من خلال ارتفاع مستوى استخدام النزيلات مهارات العلاج السلوكي الجدلي في مقابل تحسن في مستوى صعوبات التنظيم الانفعالي، وتبين بعامة أن التدريب على مهارات العلاج السلوكي الجدلي يحسن من صعوبات التنظيم الانفعالي لدى نزيلات السجن.

الخلاصة: جاءت نتائج هذه الدراسة لتأكيد على العديد من التوصيات منها: هناك حاجة إلى إقامة بحث مستقبلي في فعالية مهارات العلاج السلوكي الجدلي على النزلاء (الذكور) في السجن، وزيادة استخدام مهارات التأقلم الأكثر تكيفًا.
