Public Use of Telemedicine Communication Technology and Its Relationship to Healthcare Quality: A Comparative Study between the Egyptian and Saudi Public

الملخص

الأهداف: تعرُّف استخدام الجمهور تكنولوجيا الاتصال الخاصة بتقديم الخدمات الطبية عن بعد وعلاقتها بجودة الرعاية الصحية.

المنهجية: استخدم الباحثان منهج المسح بشقه الميداني، والمنهج المقارن أيضًا بهدف الوقوف على أوجه الشبه والاختلاف لدى عينة الدراسة، وقد استُخدِم منهج المسح بشقه الوصفي كذلك المنهج المقارن، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها 400 مفردة من الجمهور المصري والسعودي، واعتمدت الدراسة على أداة صحيفة الاستقصاء، وجرى استخدام العديد من المعاملات الإحصائية منها معامل ارتباط بيرسون واختبار t-test.

النتائج: تعمل تكنولوجيا الاتصال الخاصة بتقديم الخدمات الطبية عن بعد على استمرارية متابعة حالة المريض، كما توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام الجمهور لتكنولوجيا الاتصال الخاصة بتقديم الخدمات الطبية عن بعد وبين جودة الرعاية الصحية، كذلك توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال الخاصة بتقديم الخدمات الطبية عن بعد في تطوير استخدام الجمهور وبين درجة مساهمتها في جذب اهتمامهم بتلك الخدمات.

الخلاصة: التأكيد على جانب استخدام الجمهور لتكنولوجيا الاتصال الخاصة بتقديم الخدمات الطبية عن بُعد بما يحقق أهداف التنمية المستدامة (SDGs) على الالتزام العالمي بتحقيق التغطية الصحية الشاملة بحلول عام 2030.
