الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُّف حجم ظاهرة التحرُّش الجنسي وأسبابه وأشكاله والأماكن التي يحدث فيها من وجهة نظر الطالبات في جامعة مؤتة، كما هدفت إلى تعرُّف درجة الاختلاف في ظاهرة التحرُّش لدى طالبات الجامعة باختلاف السنة الدراسة والعمر والكليَّة ومكان الإقامة والدخل الشهري.

المنهجية: استُخدِم المنهجُ الوصفي التحليلي، وتكوَّن مجتمع الدراسة من (432) طالبةً.

النتائج: أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود آليات للتحكم في التحرُّش الجنسي من الجهات الرسمية بهدف التقليل من ممارسته ضد الطالبات، كما أشارت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لظاهرة التحرُّش لدى طالبات جامعة مؤتة تعزى لمتغيِّر (الكليَّة)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لهذه الظاهرة لدى طالبات جامعة مؤتة تُعزى لمتغيِّرات (السنة الدراسة ومكان الإقامة والدخل الشهري).

الخلاصة: يمهِّد هذا البحثُ الطريقَ لأبحاث مستقبلية تستهدف دراسة ظاهرة التحرُّش، ويوصي بأن تنشئ الجامعة بالتعاون مع الجامعات الأخرى مراكز متخصصة لدراسة هذه الظواهر؛ مما يسهم في توفير بيئة دافئة يسود فيها النظام والاستقرار.
