دور القيادات الأكاديمية في تنمية المسؤولية المجتمعية بجامعة حفر الباطن

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور القيادات الأكاديمية في تنمية المسؤولية المجتمعية بجامعة حفر الباطن بالسعودية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة. وتعرُّف الصعوبات التي تحد من هذا الدور، وتقديم المقترحات التي تسهم في تفعيله.
المنهجية: اعتمدت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمعها من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة، بلغ عددهم (819) عضوا، بينما بلغت عينتها (274) عضوا.
النتائج: من أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: أن دور القيادات الأكاديمية في جامعة حفر الباطن في تنمية المسؤولية المجتمعية للجامعة جاء بدرجة "متوسطة" وحصل على متوسط (2.92). كما بينت النتائج أن الصعوبات التي تحد من تنمية المسؤولية المجتمعية للجامعة جاءت بدرجة "عالية" بمتوسط (3.50)، وكان أهم المقترحات المقدمة لتنمية المسؤولية المجتمعية، هي: تضمين المسؤولية المجتمعية للجامعة في هيكلها التنظيمي وخطتها السنوية، وتخصيص ميزانية محددة واضحة المعالم لدعم المسؤولية المجتمعية للجامعة.
الخلاصة: بينت نتائج الدراسة دورا متوسطا لقيادات الجامعة في تنمية المسؤولية المجتمعية، وأظهرت مناقشتها أن انخفاض هذا الدور يعود في معظمه لأسباب تنظيمية وتشريعية ومالية، كغياب الدعم الرسمي لأدوار الجامعة تجاه مسؤوليتها المجتمعية. وقد عزز هذه النتيجة رؤية العينة بدرجة عالية للصعوبات التي تحد من تفعيل المسؤولية المجتمعية للجامعة، مما يتطلب ضرورة منح الجامعات مزيدا من الاستقلالية المالية والإدارية المنضبطة التي تستطيع من خلالها تفعيل دورها الاجتماعي بالشكل المطلوب.
