دور الهوية في المدرسة البنائية :دراسة نظرية بالتطبيق على الصراع الروسي الأوكراني

الأهداف: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فحص دور الهوية في المدرسة البنائية وأسباب ارتباطها بالمنظور البنائى فى العلاقات الدولية. تتناول الدراسة أيضا تأثير مكونات البعد الثقافى بصفة عامة ومفهوم الهوية يصفة خاصة على الصراعات الدولية المعاصرة، مع التطبيق على الصراع الروسى-الأوكرانى.
المنهجية: تعتمد الدراسة على الاقتراب البنائى الوظيفى لأنه يساعد فى الدراسة المقارنة للأنطمة السياسية، ويحلل العلاقات الدولية من منظور البناء الاجتماعى للأحداث
النتائج: وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأزمة الأوكرانية أكدت استعادة روسيا مكانتها الطبيعية كقوة كبرى مؤثرة وفعالة إقليميا ودوليًا. هذه الأزمة أيضًا عكست رغبة القيادة الروسية فى تصحيح اختلال ميزان القوة مع الولايات المتحدة لتصبح العلاقة بينهما متكافئة داخل إطار نظام متعدد القوى، الأمر الذى يُنهى التفرد الأمريكى فى إدارة الشؤون الدولية.
الخلاصة: تُعد أوكرانيا ساحة تتشابك فيها الحسابات الاستراتيجية مع الجذور التاريخية، كما تتشابك فيها العوامل الاقتصادية مع العوامل الثقافية.
