التنبؤ بالعوامل المؤثرة في عزوف الشباب العمانيين الباحثين عن عمل في الالتحاق بوظائف القطاع الخاص

الأهداف: سعت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى وجود عزوف لدى الشباب العماني عن العمل بالقطاع الخاص، وتحديد مسبباته، والتنبؤ بالعوامل المؤثرة فيه.
المنهجية: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ إذ تم جمع بيانات الدراسة من خلال استبانة إلكترونية عن محددات عزوف الشباب العماني عن العمل في القطاع الخاص، واعتمدت الدراسة على عينة من نوع الغرضية أو الهادفة (Purposive Sample) وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 13475 عمانيا وعمانية من الباحثين عن عمل من مختلف محافظات السلطنة منهم 53.5% ذكور، و46.5% إناث.
النتائج: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن %88.2 من الشباب العمانيين الباحثين عن عمل يفضلون العمل في القطاع الحكومي يقابلهم فقط 11.6% ممن يفضلون العمل في القطاع الخاص. مسببات العزوف عن العمل بالقطاع الخاص جاءت كالآتي: أولا الأسباب النفسية، ثم الأسباب المهنية، ثم الأسباب الاقتصادية، وأخيرا الأسباب الشخصية. بشكل عام، كان الذكور العزاب من حملة مؤهل البكالوريوس، ومن الفئة العمرية (25-29) سنة، ومن الأسر ذات الدخل المتدني، والتي بها عشرة أفراد وأكثر، هم الأكثر إقبالا على العمل بالقطاع الخاص. يعد النوع الاجتماعي هو أهم عوامل التنبؤ بعزوف الشباب عن الالتحاق بالقطاع الخاص، وقد كان الإناث الأكثر عزوفا عن العمل بالقطاع الخاص.
الخلاصة: خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الباحثين عن عمل لايزالون يفضلون العمل في القطاع الحكومي أكثر من القطاع الخاص. تلعب بعض المتغيرات مثل: النوع الاجتماعي، والعمر، والحالة الاجتماعية، وعدد أفراد الاسرة، والمستوى التعليمي، ومجال الاختصاص، والدخل الأسري دورا مؤثرا في عزوف الباحثين عن العمل في القطاع الخاص.
