فاعلية بناء منصة عربية للتوظيف الحر في تحسين جودة حياة أسر ذوي الإعاقة في ظل جائحة كورونا (COVID-19)

الأهداف: يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية توظيف مستحدثات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة الرقمية في ظل جائحة كورونا COVID-19 من خلال بناء منصة عربية للتوظيف الحر من شأنها أن تحسن جودة حياة أسر ذوي الإعاقة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات.
المنهجية: أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (100) من أسر ذوي الإعاقة قسمت لمجموعتين: الأولى تجريبية عددها (50) أسرة، والثانية ضابطة عددها (50) أسرة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان مقياس جودة الحياة المكون من (48) فقرة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد هي: جودة الحياة الأسرية والاجتماعية، وجودة الحياة النفسية، وجودة الحياة الاقتصادية (الدخل)، وجودة الصحة العامة.
النتائج: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة فعالية المنصة التفاعلية للتوظيف الحر لأسر ذوي الإعاقة من خلال القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على عينة الدراسة لصالح المتغيرات التالية: الدخل الشهري، والجنس، ونوع العمل. كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة تعزى إلى متغير التخصص.
التوصيات: أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بمستحدثات الثورة الرقمية، وتوفير مصادر دعم رقمية مختلفة لذوي الإعاقة وأسرهم، والعمل على تصميم مواقع الخدمات المصغرة وبنائها لتشغيل الأفراد من ذوي الإعاقة ودعمهم.
