الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُّف أثر المناوبات الليلية على توترات الدور الاجتماعي والمهني لدى الممرضين المناوبين ليلًا العاملين في المستشفيات الحكومية في إقليم الشمال.

المنهجية: تكونت عينة الدراسة من (287) ممرض وممرضة، اعتمدت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي، وذلك باستخدام أسلوب العينة القصدية: لأنها اقتصرت على الممرضين والممرضات المتزوجين، وممّن لديهم أطفال، ويعملون ليلًا.

النتائج: خلصت الدراسة إلى أنّ للمناوبات الليلية أثر كبير في إحداث توترات للدور الاجتماعي وجاء بدرجة تقييم مرتفعة، بينما جاء متوسط الأثر لتوترات الدور المهني. كما أظهرت فروقا للمتغيرات المستقلة (النوع، عدد المناوبات الليلية في الأسبوع، العمر، والقسم الطبي) على مجالات الدراسة، بينما لم تظهر أي فروق احصائية تبعًا لمتغير (مدة الخدمة).

الخلاصة: أظهرت الدراسة أن للمناوبات الليلة آثار سلبية على الحياة الأسرية والاجتماعية والمهنية للممرضين والممرضات المتزوجين، كما يوصي الباحثان بإجراء دراسة مماثلة على ممرضين وممرضات متزوجين وغير متزوجين من كافة المستشفيات وبانواعها المتخلفة، نظرًا إلى اقتصار الدراسة على ممرضين وممرضات متزوجين في مستشفيات إقليم الشمال.
