المتقاعدون والمتقاعدات في محافظة مأدبا: أسباب ومشكلات التقاعد والخبرات المكتسبة من العمل

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى الخصائص الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والديموغرافية للمتقاعدين والمتقاعدات من غير العاملين في محافظة مأدبا، وإلى اَراء المتقاعدين حول أسباب التقاعد، وأبرز المشكلات (الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية، ..) التي تواجههم بعد التقاعد، والتعرف إلى الخبرات المكتسبة اثناء ممارستهم لعملهم، وعلى مقترحاتهم حول كيفية الاستفادة من خبراتهم لتحقيق التنمية في المجتمع، ومعرفة مدى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين (أسباب التقاعد، وأبرز المشكلات التي تواجههم بعد التقاعد، والرغبة/عدم الرغبة في العمل بعد التقاعد) ومتغيري الجنس وقطاع العمل.
المنهجية: تم اختيار عينة الكرة المتدحرجة ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة شملت (306) متقاعد ومتقاعدة من غير العاملين من القطاع الحكومي والخاص والعسكري في محافظة مادبا. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بنوعيه الكمي والنوعي، من خلال تطبيق استبانة على عينة الدراسة، واستخدام دليل المقابلة من خلال تطبيقه على عينة عددها (30) متقاعد/ة بواقع (10) متقاعد/ة من كل قطاع.
النتائج: توصلت النتائج إلى أن الخصائص الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والديموغرافية للمتقاعدين بشكل عام تختلف باختلاف القطاع والجنس، وتعددت أسباب التقاعد فمنها ما كان يعود إلى سن التقاعد، ومنها لأسباب اقتصادية، أو صحية وأخرى تتعلق بالمؤسسات ومنها ما كان يتعلق بالايثار لإتاحة المجال لجيل جديد للالتحاق بسوق العمل. أما فيما يتعلق بالمشكلات التي تواجه المتقاعدين والمتقاعدات، فكان ابرزها مشكلة الفراغ، وعدم وجود أنشطة خاصة للمتقاعدين أو أماكن ترفيه خاصة بهم، والغلاء المعيشي متزامناً معه انخفاض مستوى الدخل مع عدم وجود فرصة عمل مناسبة للمتقاعدين. وأبدى المتقاعدين الرغبة في العمل الجزئي بعد التقاعد أو مساعدتهم لإقامة مشاريع خاصة بما يتناسب مع أعمارهم وخبراتهم المكتسبة خلال فترات عملهم.
الخلاصة: تبين أهمية إدماج الراغبين من المتقاعدين والمتقاعدات في سوق العمل لما له من دور في تنمية المجتمع.
