The Interrelationship between the Design of House Facades and the Architectural Identity of the City: Amman City as a Model

الملخص

الأهداف: هدف هذا البحث إلى استعراض لتطور الهوية المعمارية لواجهة المسكن في مدينة عمان، وتحديد العوامل التي أثرت في تشكيل الهوية المعمارية، وتسليط الضوء على التأثيرات المتبادلة بين واجهة المسكن والهوية المعمارية للمدينة.

المنهجية: اعتمد البحث استعراضًا تاريخيًّا لمدينة عمان، وتطور واجهة المسكن المعمارية، وعرض آراء الرواد المعماريين في أبحاثهم ومقابلاتهم الشخصية. كما اعتمد البحث التحليل والوصف في اختيار مجموعة من الواجهات السكنية متعددة الطوابق التي تتشابه في بعض الخصائص، وتختلف في المراحل الزمنية لإنشائها ومناطق تواجدها في المدينة، وذلك بالرصد والتحليل وصولاً إلى التأثيرات المتبادلة بين الهوية المعمارية وواجهة المسكن.

النتائج: أظهرت نتائج البحث أن مدينة عمان مرّت بمراحل متعددة في تطور الواجهات السكنية، فكانت تلقائية في البدايات وتطورت تطوّرا عفوياً، ثم وضع المعماريون الأوائل الأسس المعمارية لتتناسب مع المجتمع المحلي، وبفضل التشريع الذي فرضته أمانة عمان جرى ضبط العملية التصميمية مما جعل المدينة تتمتع بخصوصية ذات طابع عمراني تكعيبي رائع التكوين. وهناك تأثيرات متبادلة بين واجهة المسكن وهوية المدينة بفضل العوامل التي حددها البحث، مثل: الظروف السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والخامات المستخدمة. كما أنتجت آليات السوق الجديدة أنماطًا فكرية مختلفة وأثرت الرأسمالية العالمية في تشكيل الهوية المعمارية للمدينة.

الخلاصة: خلص البحث إلى ضرورة إعادة النظر في الأحكام والتشريعات المتعلقة بتصميم الواجهات المعمارية، وذلك لتعزيز مفهوم هوية المكان عند المعماريين الجدد. إضافة إلى العمل على وضع أسس للهوية المعمارية للمدينة، ووضع تصور دقيق للنمو الحضري لمدينة عمان، وإعداد بحوث تتعلق بالهوية المعمارية للمدينة، ومدى علاقتها بفهم الفكر المجتمعي الأردني للمباني، وتعزيز الثقافة المعمارية بالأكاديميات المعمارية.
