الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدِّراسة إلى تعرف تصور معلمات التربية الإسلامية لأدوارهن في تنمية الوازع الديني وغرس القيم لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في دولة الكويت. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (179) معلمة.

المنهجية: اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وأعدت الباحثة استبانة بلغ عدد فقراتها (31) فقرة، موزعة بواقع (15) فقرة لمحور تنمية الوازع الديني، و(16) فقرة لمحور غرس القيم.

النتائج: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الآتي: كان تصور معلمات التربية الإسلامية بدولة الكويت لأدوارهن في تنمية الوازع الديني وغرس القيم لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية مرتفعاً. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في تصور معلمات التربية الإسلامية بدولة الكويت لأدوارهن في تنمية الوازع الديني لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي والخبرة التدريسية.

التوصيات: أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد الندوات والمحاضرات العامة حول أهمية الوازع الديني والقيم بمشاركة مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي وشخصيات اعتبارية بعيداً عن الفئوية السياسية.
