الاستحقاق الأكاديمي وعلاقته بالفاعلية الذاتية الأكاديمية

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الاستحقاق الأكاديمي والفاعلية الذاتية الأكاديمية في ضوء متغيرات: الجنس، والمستوى الدراسي، وطبيعة المهنة.
المنهجية: تكونت عينة الدراسة من (264) طالبًا وطالبة من طلبة مرحلتي الماجستير والدكتوراه، في كلية التربية جامعة اليرموك. تم استخدام مقياسين: مقياس الاستحقاق الأكاديمي الذي طوره الضبع (2020)، ومقياس الفاعلية الذاتية الأكاديمية للحسبان والربيع.
النتائج: بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود مستوى مرتفع من الاستحقاق الأكاديمي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة، كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق دالة احصائيًا بين متوسطات أداء افراد العينة على مقياس الاستحقاق الأكاديمي تعزى إلى متغير الجنس، ولصالح الذكور. فيما لم تبين وجود فروق تعزى إلى متغيري المستوى الدراسي، أو طبيعة المهنة. كما بينت النتائج وجود مستوى مرتفع من الفاعلية الذاتية لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة، وعدم وجود فروق في مستوى الفاعلية الذاتية تعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس، والمستوى الدراسي، وطبيعة المهنة.
التوصيات: قدمت الدراسة عددا من التوصيات، من أهمها: تصميم برامج إرشادية للحد من المستوى المرتفع للاستحقاق الأكاديمي
