هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُّف واقع العمل التطوعي النسوي بإمارة عجمان بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع من خلال تعرُّف خصائص المتطوعات وطبيعة الخدمات التطوعية والأسباب التي تدفع المرأة الإماراتية لممارسة العمل التطوعي وشروط التطوع بالجمعيات الخيرية بإمارة عجمان وأشكال العمل التطوعي والمعوقات التي تواجه ممارسة المرأة للعمل التطوعي بإمارة عجمان والخروج بتوصيات ومقترحات تسهم في رفع مستوى العمل التطوعي النسوي بإمارة عجمان، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي باستخدام أسلوب دراسة الحالة لعدد90 متطوعة بالجمعيات الخيرية بإمارة عجمان، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أن أكبر فئة عمرية من المتطوعات كانت بعمر من 30-40، وهن حاصلات على مؤهل عالي ومعظم الخدمات التطوعية المقدمة من جانبهن كانت في النطاق المحلي، ومن أكثر الأسباب الدافعة لممارستهن للعمل التطوعي تمثل في ارتفاع ثقتهم في قدراتهن ورغبتهن في تقديم المساعدة لشعورهن بالآلام للآخرين، ومن أبرز شروط تطوعهن هو مدى توفر وقت كافي لبذله في العمل التطوعي والقدرة على الإبداع والإبتكار في الخدمات المقدمة مع توافر قدر من الصحة الجيدة للقيام بالمجهود المطلوب، ومن أكثر أشكال العمل التطوعي المفضلة لهن هو التطوع الافتراضي أو الإلكتروني، بالإضافة إلى أن أهم الصعوبات من وجهة نظرهن هو غياب الوعي بأهمية العمل التطوعي لدى عدد كبير من فتيات الجيل الحالي بأن التطوع شيء مهم وواجب وطني عليهم، وفي ضوء ذلك توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات المهمة من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع من أبرزها ضرورة العمل على إنشاء مركز للتأهيل التطوعي يختص بإعداد البرامج التدريبية للمتطوعات لرفـع مـستوى أدائهم وخلق روح القيادة بينهم، وحثهم علـى المـساهمة فـي إيجـاد حلـول للمشكلات التي تعترض مجتمعاتهن.
