محفزات ومعوقات إبداع المرأة في المجتمع العربي من وجهة الاكاديميات في الجامعات السعودية في مدينة الرياض

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرُّف محركات ومعوقات إبداع المرأة في المجتمع العربي من وجهة الاكاديميات في الجامعات السعودية بمدينة الرياض، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة (351) مفردة. وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج من أبرزها: أن المحركات السياسية والنظامية تتصدر محفزات إبداع المرأة في المجتمع السعودي وفي مقدمتها: اعتماد رؤية المملكة 2030 على المرأة بالتساوي مع الرجل في تحقيق الريادة القائمة على الابتكار والإبداع. أما المحركات الاجتماعية فجاءت في المرتبة الثالثة وفي مقدمتها: مساندة قادة الفكر والرأي للمرأة السعودية المبدعة. وفي المرتبة الرابعة والأخيرة جاءت المحركات الاقتصادية والمالية وفي مقدمتها: دعم الدولة مشروعات المرأة السعودية في مجال ريادة الأعمال. وبخصوص معيقات إبداع المرأة السعودية، فتصدرتها المعيقات الاقتصادية والمالية وفي مقدمتها: ضعف التوجه نحو الصناعات الإبداعية والإفادة من القدرات الإبداعية للمرأة السعودية فيها، وعدم توافر رأس المال الكافي. تلاها المعيقات الاجتماعية والثقافية، وفي مقدمتها: العادات والتقاليد، والتنشئة الاجتماعية شديدة التحفظ التي تجعلها تخجل من عرض ومناقشة أفكارها أيًا كانت. ثم المعيقات المرتبطة بشخصية المرأة السعودية، وفي مقدمتها: اتكاليتها على الرجال، وضعف معرفتها ومهاراتها المرتبطة بالإدارة والتسويق للأعمال الإبداعية. ثم معيقات الإبداع المرتبطة ببيئة العمل السعودية، وفي مقدمتها: ضعف الاهتمام بتدريب المرأة السعودية من أجل الإبداع، والثقافة التنظيمية الذكورية السائدة في منظمات الأعمال السعودية، إضافة إلى الأحكام المسبقة بعدم صلاحية الأفكار الإبداعية النسائية. وفي المرتبة الخامسة والأخيرة جاءت المعيقات النظامية، وفي مقدمتها: البيروقراطية وتعقد الإجراءات والمتطلبات التي تواجهها المرأة السعودية لبداية مشروعها الإبداعي.
