انتقال حقوق الترجمة المعنوية إلى الورثة بين الاتفاقيات الدولية والقوانين العربية "دراسة مقارنة"

تتناول هذه الدراسة مسألة انتقال حقوق الترجمة المعنوية إلى الورثة في الاتفاقيات الدولية الخاصة بحماية الملكية الأدبية والفنية وقوانين الدول العربية الخاصة بحماية حق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة بصورة مقارنة موازنة، وقد جاء ذلك من خلال حصر وبيان حقوق الترجمة المعنوية الوارد ذكرها في الاتفاقيات الدولية وقوانين الدول العربية، والوقوف على آلية انتقالها إلى الورثة، وطرح توصيات تسهم في رتق ثلمة ما قصرت به الاتفاقيات الدولية والقوانين العربية في تنظيم مسألة انتقال هذا النوع من الحقوق إلى الورثة بعد وفاة المترجم.
