أثر ممارسة التكيُّف الاستراتيجي في استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات الأمنيَّة: دراسة تطبيقيَّة في جهاز الأمن العام الأردني

الأهداف: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر ممارسة "التكيُّف الاستراتيجي" في استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات الأمنيَّة في جهاز الأمن العام الأردني. من خلال التعرف على مستوى تطبيق التكيُّف الاستراتيجي و التعرُّف على مستوى تطبيق استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات.
المنهجيَّة: اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وجرى تطوير استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات الأولية وتوزيعها على مجتمع الدراسة المكوَّن من (329) فردًا من الإدارتين العُليا والوسطى في جهاز الأمن العام الأردني، وبلغ عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي (284) استبان، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها استُخدِم برنامجُ النمذجة البنائيَّة (Smart.PLS4).
النتائج: بيَّنت النتائجُ أنَّ مستوى ممارسة "التكيُّف الاستراتيجي" بأبعاده جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي (4.438)، كما بلغ مستوى استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات بأبعادها الدرجة المرتفعة، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي (4.412) في جهاز الأمن العام الأردني، وتبيَّن وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية لممارسة التكيُّف الاستراتيجي في استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات الأمنيَّة في جهاز الأمن العام الأردني.
الخلاصة: ضرورة الاستمرار في المحافظة على مستوى تطبيق ممارسة التكيُّف الاستراتيجي؛ للتعامل مع الأزمات الأمنية بكفاءة وفاعليَّة.
