الأثر الاقتصادي والتنموي للسياحة في البتراء

الأهداف: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تطبيق طريقة تحليل حجم التحول Shift-Share لتقييم التأثير الاقتصادي للسياحة في البتراء بين عامي 2007 و 2017، بما في ذلك تغير التوظيف في جميع مناطق الدراسة.
المنهجية: صُمِّمَ نموذج توزيع التحول Shift-Share لتقييم نمو الصناعات الفردية على المستوى المحلي بالمقارنة مع المستوى الوطني، بحيث يدرس المنهج معدلات نمو التوظيف في منطقة البتراء الناتجة عن مزيج صناعي مواتٍ وإنشاء وظائف إضافية. جرى استخدام البيانات المستخلصة في هذه الدراسة من مصادر حكومية وخاصة متعددة من خلال مقابلات ممنهجة وغير ممنهجة، كما جرى تطوير استبيان لجمع البيانات حول الموظفين العاملين في المشاريع، ، ونوع الخدمات المقدمة، وتصنيف النجوم للمشاريع.
النتائج: تظهر النتائج نموًا في معظم الصناعات المتعلقة بالسياحة، إضافة إلى الإدارة العامة والتعليم، وذلك على الأرجح بسبب زيادة عدد السكان في المنطقة.
الخلاصة: يمكننا أن نستنتج من النتائج أن تراجع السياحة بين عامي 2007 و 2017 أدى إلى تباطؤ النمو في قطاعات أخرى، على الرغم من وجود نمو بسيط في تلك القطاعات بسبب التوسع الاقتصادي الطبيعي
