الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدّراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين رأس المال الاجتماعي والرضا الوظيفي بين معلمي المدارس الحكومية الأردنية، وعن الفروق بين اتجاهات المعلمين نحو مستويات رأس المال الاجتماعي والرضا الوظيفي تُعزى إلى متغيري الجنس والسن.

المنهجية: طبقت الدراسة منهج الوصفي المسحي نظرًا إلى ملائمته أهداف الدراسة، تمّ اختيار عيّنة مريحة/ ملائمة بلغ قوامها من (450) من كلا الجنسين من معلمي المدارس الحكومية في العاصمة الأردنية عمان.

النتائج: توصلت النتائج إلى أن مستوى رأس المال الاجتماعي بين معلمي المدارس الحكومية الأردنية كان مرتفعا، ومستوى رضاهم الوظيفي كان متوسطا. كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة موجبة طردية بين رأس المال الاجتماعي والرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمين عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.01)، ووجود فروق بين اتجاهات المعلمين نحو مستويات رأس المال الاجتماعي والرضا الوظيفي تُعزى إلى متغير الجنس وذلك لصالح الذكور، ولا تُعزى إلى متغير السن.

الخلاصة: تساهم شبكة العلاقات الاجتماعية لدى المعلم في تعزيز رأس المال الاجتماعي لديه، وتمكنه من استثمار رأس المال الاجتماعي لتحقيق طموحاته على المستوى الشخصي والمهني مما يساهم في تعزيز الأداء وزيادة مستويات الرضا الوظيفي لديه. لذا لا بد من ضرورة تطوير قدرات المعلمين في المدارس الحكومية في جانبين الأول زيادة مستويات رأس المال الاجتماعي لديهم والثاني تعزيز قدرتهم على توظيف رأس المال الاجتماعي في مجالات العمل ومجالات الحياة المختلفة.
