Family Interactions as Indicators of Personality Traits: A Predictive Study on a Sample of Saudi Adolescents

الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين التفاعلات الأسرية والقوى الإيجابية في الشخصية، والتعرف إلى مدى إسهام التفاعلات الأسرية في التنبؤ بالقوى الإيجابية في الشخصية، والكشف عن الفروق بين الجنسين في القوى الشخصية.

المنهجية: استخدم الباحث قائمة قوى الشخصية، وقائمة التفاعلات الأسرية على عينة من المراهقين قوامها (181) طالبا من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، كما اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التنبؤي.

النتائج: توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباطات موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين التفاعلات الأسرية والقوى الشخصية، كما كشفت النتائج عن قدرة التفاعلات الأسرية بالتنبؤ بقوى الشخصية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة بين الجنسين في كل من الحكمة والعدالة والاعتدال بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الجنسين في الشجاعة والفروق الإنسانية التسامي في اتجاه الإناث.

الخلاصة: توصى الدراسة بتنمية كل من التفاعل الأسري الجيد بين أفراد الأسرة وجوانب القوى الشخصية لدى المراهقين من خلال البرامج الإرشادية. وإجراء المزيد من البحوث لقوى الشخصية والتفاعلات الأسرية.
