العوامل الثقافية المؤثرة على القائم بالاتصال في الشركات متعددة الجنسيات: "مؤسسة الإمارات للاتصالات" نموذجاً

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد طبيعة الاختلافات الثقافية بين المجتمعات وكيف يمكن للقائم بالاتصال في الشركات متعددة الجنسيات وفهم ثقافة الآخر والتواصل معه سلمياً.
المنهجية: استُخدِمَ المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وأداة استبانة مكونة من قسمين هما: قسم الخصائص الديمغرافية وقسم العوامل الثقافية المؤثرة على القائم بالاتصال في الشركات متعددة الجنسيات تكوَن من (17) سؤالاً. جرى توزيع الاستبانة بعد تحكيمها على عينة قصدية قوامها (100) مفردة من القائمين بالاتصال في العلاقات العامة وخدمة العملاء بمؤسسة الإمارات للاتصالات.
النتائج: توصلت الدراسة إلى أن القائم بالاتصال في الشركات متعددة الجنسيات يتأثر بالمعتقدات الدينية في موقع عمله وفي المجتمعات التي تنشط فيها شركته، ومنسجم ثقافياً مع زملائه في موقع عمله ومجتمعه، ويمارس قواعد وثقافة اللباس كظاهرة ثقافية للشعوب، وأنه يتأثر بتنوع اللغات كرمز للهوية الاجتماعية والثقافية في المؤسسة والمجتمع. من جهة أخرى بينت الدراسة أن الشركات متعددة الجنسيات تمارس المساواة بين الجنسين في العمل من حيث الأجر والترقي ونوع الوظيفة.
الخلاصة: أوصت الدراسة بضرورة احترام القائم بالاتصال في الشركات متعددة الجنسيات للثقافة التنظيمية والمجتمعية من أجل تجنب الوقوع في أي مشكلة خلاف ثقافي، إلى جانب معرفة العوامل الثقافية التي تساعد الشركات متعددة الجنسيات في تجنب سوء الفهم مع جمهورها.
