أسباب البطالة في الأردن وطرق الحلول من وجهة نظر الشباب المتعطلين عن العمل

الأهداف: هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى التعرّف إلى أسباب البطالة في الأردن من وجهة نظر الشباب المتعطلين عن العمل، ومعرفة الإجراءات التي تساعد على مواجهة البطالة.
المنهجيّة: استخدمت الدّراسة أسلوب المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لجميع المراكز الشبابية المنتشرة في جميع محافظات وألوية المملكة، والبالغ عددها (201) مركزاً. وقد تكوّنت عيّنة الدّراسة(2271) شابا وشابة من المتعطلين عن العمل أو لم يسبق لهم العمل يشكلون نسبة (43%) من إجمالي العينة البالغ (5271) شابًّا وشابة، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة العيّنة العشوائية البسيطة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة؛ تم تطوير استبانة مكوّنة من (38) فقرة لتنفيذ الدراسة الميدانية.
النتائج: تتمثّل أهم أسباب مشكلة البطالة في الأردن في كثرة عدد الخريجين من المعاهد والجامعات، وعدم كفاية الرواتب أو الأجور، واستغلال البطالة للتحكم بالعمل وفرض الشروط على العاملين، والواسطة والمحسوبية، ثم اشتراط شهادة الخبرة، وارتفاع تكاليف أجور المواصلات، وعدم وجود تأمين صحي.
الخلاصة: معدلات البطالة بين الشباب في ارتفاع متواصل، مواجهتها تتطلب تأهيل الشباب وتدريبهم في مهارات البحث عن العمل، وتشجيع الأسرة والمجتمع للشباب لقبولهم لفرص العمل، حتى لو خالفت رغباتهم.
