Objectives: The research aims to uncover the connection between linguistic sciences and to frame both grammatical and jurisprudential studies. It also contributes to laying a foundational element in this field, which is the terminology known as the "keys to sciences." The research provides the academic library with a scientific, systematic, and precise approach to grammatical foundations and highlights the intersection of terminological thought among scholars.
Methodology: We followed the comparative descriptive method and the descriptive analytical method, which involves describing the terms to understand the reasons for their creation and their transition from one reference to another.
Results: Heritage books are an essential repository of scientific, grammatical, and jurisprudential terms. These terms are diverse, intertwined, and used in a contextual, rather than lexicographical, manner. This drives the need to continue studying this valuable field and encourages researchers to delve deeper into exploring the sharp intellect of Arab grammarians.
Conclusion: This research addresses the validity of analogy and auditory evidence between grammatical and jurisprudential references, based on the idea that Arabic sciences emerged from a common source. Therefore, they share the same issues and stem from the same references. This led to the overlap between these references, whether in linguistic or conventional terminology. Hence, clear and defined concepts are needed to place these terms in a precise and unambiguous framework.
