Social Skills and their Relation to Blended Learning among Students in Swimming Courses at the University of Jordan

Objectives: This study aimed to assess the level of social skills and their relationship with the effectiveness of blended learning dimensions in swimming courses at the University of Jordan.
Methods: The researchers used a descriptive approach and selected the study sample purposively. The sample consisted of 30 male and 32 female students enrolled in swimming courses using the blended learning system during the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year.
Results: The study found that the level of social skills among students was high, while the effectiveness of the blended learning dimensions in swimming courses was moderate among the students at the Faculty of Sports Sciences at the University of Jordan.
Conclusions: The study recommends focusing on academic social skills, effective communication, leadership, and fostering positive relationships among students to enhance the benefits of blended learning in improving the performance of swimming course students at the University of Jordan.
