This study attempted to highlight Sibawayh positions of opposition in "the book", one of the founders of the Arab syntactic, Yunus bin Habib. Those positions are evident in the difference between Al- Basriens themselves, and between Al- Basriens and the Kufiens, as there are many points of view. The strength of Yunus views appeared in this study, as Sibawayh sometimes confirmed what Yunus had taken to one of the Arab languages, despite his opposition to it. It was Yunus bin Habib deviated from the Al- Basri doctrine to which he belonged, and sometimes he agreed with the opinion of the Kufiens and disagreed with the Al- Basriens, and thus, the clash occurred in the situation between Sibawayh and Yunus bin Habib in the one syntactically doctrine. The meaning had an effect on the formation of the syntactically sentence, but some Syntacticians, especially Sibawayh, ignored this matter in this study. The effect of social context and the syntax of the text was prominent in the formation of the syntactically sentence in some matters, but the control of the sentence made the ancient syntacticians such as Sibawayh not to pay attention to the context, which led to the deprivation of the syntactically sentence from its parsing according to the context.
