الملخص

هدف البحث الى دراسة علاقة الارتباط والتأثير من المتغير الذكاء الروحي ومتغير فاعلية إدارة الازمة في بعض مستشفيات مدينة السليمانية/ العراق، التي خصصت لأستقبال مصابي فايروس كورونا (COVID-19) ، ولغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث تم بناء نموذج أفتراضي يوضح العلاقة بين أبعاد الذكاء الروحي وفاعلية إدارة الازمة ، وتبنى البحث النهج الوصفي التحليلي وإعتمدت إستمارة إستبانة كأداة لجمع وتحليل البيانات بحسب مقياس (ثرستون) العشري وللتعرف على آراء المبحوثين قُدمت الإستبانة الكترونياً على مجتمع البحث، وتم الحصول على (60) من الردود، وتم التوصل الى مجموعة من الأستنتاجات منها: وجود علاقتيّ إرتباط وتأثير معنوية بين أبعاد الذكاء الروحي وفاعلية إدارة الازمة بإبعادها منفردة ومجتمعة، توافر مستويات عالية من الذكاء الروحي لدى الكوادر الطبية العاملة في المستشفيات المبحوثة بشكل يسهم الى حد كبير في إدارة الأزمة بفاعلية، وتم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات
