فاعلية سياسة الأمن اللغوي في الحفاظ على الهُوية الوطنية العُمانية

الأهداف: هدف هذا البحث إلى تعرُّف فاعلية سياسة الأمن اللغوي في الحفاظ على الهُوية الوطنية العُمانية سعيًا إلى تحريك الوعي الوطني بأهمية حماية اللغة العربية في النسق التداولي اليومي في سلطنة عُمان.
المنهجية: جرى اتباع المنهج الاستقرائي من خلال وضع ملاحظات حول الواقع التداولي للغة العربية في المجتمع العماني، واستقراء هذا الواقع بهدف وضع حلول قابلة للتطبيق تضمن التوظيف السليم للغة العربية.
النتائج: أكَّدت النتائج أهمية رسم السياسات التي تضمن وجود أمن لغوي، واحترام النسق التداولي اليومي باللغة العربية في سلطنة عُمان، بما يُحافظ على الهُوية العمانية التي تُمثل اللغة مرتكزها الأساس، وضرورة إنشاء مَجْمَع عماني للغة العربية، وأن تشعر المؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة في سلطنة عُمان بمسؤوليتها تجاه تعزيز المواطنة اللغوية من خلال التداول اللغوي السليم في واقعها الإداري، وحتمية وجود هُوية لغوية تخصصية لكل مؤسسة حكومية أو خاصة تضمن الاستعمال الصحيح للمصطلحات اللغوية ذات العلاقة بمهام الجهة واختصاصاتها.
الخلاصة: وضَّح البحث بعد استقراء واقع اللغة العربية في النسق التداولي اليومي بسلطنة عُمان أن سياسة الأمن اللغوي لن تتأتى دون تخطيط لغوي يحافظ على التداول اللغوي السليم في المجتمع العُماني، على أن تتولى الجهات التنفيذية في مؤسسات الدولة مسؤولية تطبيقها الإجرائي.
