الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تطور مفهوم دبلوماسية الوساطة، وإظهار دور قطر واستخدامها لدبلوماسية الوساطة لحل النزاعات في المنطقة.

المنهجية: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي الذي يستعرض تاريخ تطور الدول ومجريات الأحداث التاريخية, وكذلك المنهج التحليلي الوصفي الذي يقوم بتوصيف العلاقات ما بين الدول وتفسير الظروف القائمة بينهما, وكذلك المنهج الاستقرائي _ الواقعي الذي يقوم على دراسة الواقع السياسي واستقرائه لغرض الحصول على نتائج علمية موضوعية تعمل على تصحيح الأداء السياسي للدول.

النتائج: بينت الدراسة نجاح جهود الدبلوماسية القطرية في إدارة الأزمات الدولية، وتعزيز العلاقات الإقليمية، والمفاوضات مع الأطراف المتنازعة، وتحقيق المصلحة الإقليمية المشتركة، وبناء الشراكات الاقتصادية، وتأمين أسواق الطاقة العالمية.

الخلاصة: خلصت الدراسة إلى أن قطر نجحت في تأثير دور محوري في الشرق الأوسط والمنطقة العربية والعالم أجمع؛ وذلك لامتلاك قطر سياسة خارجية وأدوات تأثير على القضايا الإقليمية والعالمية، فضلاً عن دبلوماسية نشطة وناعمة قادرة على التأثير على الأطراف المتنازعة، مما انعكس ذلك بشكل إيجابي على قطر والمنطقة العربية، وجعل منها دولة مقبولة في العالم.
