الملخص

هدف الدراسة: تركز الدراسة على تقديم تحليل للمتغيرات السياسية، والاقتصادية، والعسكرية في الساحة الدولية بشكل عميق، وأثرها على التوازن الإقليمي في شرق آسيا، وذلك بالتركيز على انعكاسات الحرب الروسية-الأوكرانية على إقليم شرق آسيا، وإيضاح دور التحالفات، والشراكات الدولية في تشكيل الترتيبات الأمنية الإقليمية في شرق آسيا.

المنهجية: اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وصف وتحليل انعكاسات الحرب الروسية-الأوكرانية على البيئة الأمنية في إقليم شرق آسيا، ودور التحالفات، والشراكات الاقتصادية في تعزيز الاستقرار الأمني في المنطقة.

النتائج: خلصت الدراسة إلى تأثير انعكاسات الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية على البيئة الأمنية في شرق آسيا، فقد نجم عنها تزايد للنفوذ الصيني في المنطقة، وتعزيز العلاقات الروسية مع كوريا الشمالية، والصين، ناهيك عن التأثيرات الاقتصادية التي عصفت بالمنطقة، بدءًا من تراجع إجمالي الناتج المحلي لليابان، وصولًا لنقص في إمدادات الطاقة لدول المنطقة، أما عسكريًا، فقد عاد سباق التسلح للمنطقة بعد تقارير رفع نسبة الإنفاق العسكري لكل من اليابان، وكوريا الجنوبية، في حين تزيد الصين بوتيرة ثابتة إنفاقها العسكري، بينما تعتمد كوريا الشمالية على القوة العسكرية في إبراز نفسها كقوة مؤثرة في الساحة الإقليمية.

الخلاصة: انعكست الحرب الروسية-الأوكرانية على البيئة الأمنية في شرق آسيا عبر تصاعد حدة التوترات السياسية، وزيادة حالة سباق التسلح في المنطقة، فضلًا عن تصاعد السباق الاقتصادي، كما وظفت الولايات المتحدة تحالفاتها الجماعية، والثنائية لردع النفوذ المتزايد للصين في المنطقة، والتهديدات الصاروخية لكوريا الشمالية، من جانبها فإنَّ روسيا الاتحادية هي الأخرى تبحث مع الصين موازنة القوى الغربية، وتحيد نفوذها في المنطقة.
