Abstract

Objectives: The study aimed to examine the nature of the Ukrainian-Russian crisis, its causes, and the extent of its effects on Turkish-Russian relations, and to predict the future of these relations.

Methods: The repercussions of the Ukrainian-Russian crisis on Turkish-Russian relations have been described and analyzed by addressing the nature and causes of the Ukrainian crisis during the study period, through analyzing studies that dealt with the subject as well as through follow-up of this crisis through international news agencies and the statements of officials and analysts on both sides.

Results: The study showed that the nature of the Ukrainian-Russian crisis and its causes are among the explosive crises for which radical solutions must be found that satisfy both parties. The study also showed that the repercussions of the Ukrainian-Russian crisis cast a shadow on the nature of Turkish-Russian relations in light of the political and economic sanctions on Russia, which have led and will lead in the future to damage in the relations of the two countries, especially in the fields  and economic interests This will prompt Turkey to search for new partnerships with other countries, which Turn  Regions Like the Conflicts in will renew. The disagreement between the two countries over many common issues, including the Caucasus, Central Asia and the Middle East.

Conclusion: The Ukrainian-Russian crisis had adverse impacts on Turkish-Russian relations, the Turkish economy, and their involvement in Middle East crisis areas and the Black Sea region.
