الملخص

الأهداف: تبحث هذه الدراسة في أسباب الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية ودوافعها، وذلك من خلال التركيز على البعد التاريخي للأزمة، والأطراف الفاعلة فيها، ومصالح الأطراف في الحرب، وتوجهاتها الاستراتيجية. كما تركز هذه الدراسة على السيناريوهات المحتملة لهذه الحرب. وينبثق من أهداف الدراسة سؤالين تسعى الدراسة للاجابة عنهما: أولهما، ما هي طبيعة المصالح الروسية والأوكرانية؟ وثانيهما، كيف يمكن تفسير الحرب الحالية بناءً على تلك المصالح؟

المنهجية: استخدمت الدراسة فرضيات المدرسة الواقعية كمنهجية في فهم موضوع الدراسة؛ بوصفها الأقدر على تحليل علاقات القوة والمصلحة الوطنية والصراعات الناتجة عن تلك العلاقات، وتم استخدام العديد من المصادر أساسية وثانوية، منها نظرية تتعلق بتحليل الحرب والصراع، والتعاون، والقوة، ومقالات ودراسات أكاديمية، تتعلق بتناول الحرب نفسها ودراسة لسلوك أطراف الحرب، كذلك أخبار، وتصريحات ومؤتمرات زعماء الدول الكبرى وكبار المسؤولين كالولايات المتحدة والاتحاد الاوروبي وروسيا...الخ.

النتائج: أشارت الدراسة إلى أن سبب اندلاع الحرب يعود إلى أبعاد تاريخية تتعلق بالعلاقة بين روسيا وأوكرانيا، حيث كانت أوكرانيا تتبع الاتحاد السوفييتي السابق، وكذلك هناك أبعاد جيواستراتيجية تتعلق بمصالح روسيا مثل تخوف روسيا من انضمام أوكرانيا للناتو والاتحاد الاوروبي، وهذا يجعل الناتو على حدود روسيا، مما يشكل تهديدًا لأمنها كما يتصوره القادة الروس، بما في ذلك مسألة نشر صواريخ الناتو في المنطقة. كما أشارت الدراسة إلى الأثر السلبي المستقبلي لهذه الحرب على أطرافها، وان السيناريو المرجح للحرب هو الاستنزاف.

الخلاصة: خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الحرب قد تتحول إلى استنزاف لروسيا؛ حيث سيكون لها تكلفة تدميرية على روسيا وأوكرانيا معًا، وحتى على دول الناتو نفسها.
