أثر برنامج تطوعي مقترح في تنمية القيم التربوية لدى طلبة الصف الثامن الأساسي

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُّف أثر برنامج تطوعي مقترح في تنمية بعض القيم التربوية، وهي تنمية مفهوم التطوع، مساعدة الغير، حب العمل والانتاجية، حسّ المسؤولية، التعاون والانتماء، التصدّق بالعلم، القيادة والتنظيم، روح المنافسة، والبرنامج تم تصميمه وفق قواعد وأسس مضبوطة، والدّراسة أجريت على طلبة الصف الثامن الأساسي في مديرية المزار الشمالي وقد استخدم المنهج التجريبي، وهو المنهج المتبع لتقصي الأثر، وتم اختيار مجموعتين واحدة ضابطة وأخرى تجريبية بالطريقة القصدية، حيث تم تطبيق البرنامج على المجموعة التجريبية، ولم يطبق على المجموعة الضابطة، وتم اختيار عينة الدّراسة من المجتمع الكلي البالغ 705 طالب (ذكور وإناث) موزعين على 46 صف في مدارس المديرية، وبلغت عينة البحث 40 طالبة مقسمين إلى مجموعتين، ضابطة 20 طالبة، وتجريبية 20 طالبة، وأبرز نتائج الدراسة جاءت كما يلي: المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لمستوى القيم التربوية (تنمية مفهوم التطوع، مساعدة الغير، حب العمل والانتاجية، حسّ المسؤولية، التعاون والانتماء، التصدّق بالعلم، القيادة والتنظيم، روح المنافسة) لدى طلبة الصف الثامن في مديرية لواء المزار الشمالي جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. - وجود أثر ذات دلالة احصائية للبرنامج التطوعي عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) على متغير المجموعة للقيم التربوية (تنمية مفهوم التطوع، مساعدة الغير، حب العمل والانتاجية، حسّ المسؤولية، التعاون والانتماء، التصدّق بالعلم، القيادة والتنظيم، روح المنافسة.
