الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى سمات الشخصية وعلاقتها بدافعية التطوع لدى المشاركين في المبادرات الطلابية في جامعة اليرموك، وما إذا كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائيًا تبعًا لمتغيري: الجنس، والكلية.

المنهجية: اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وطُبق مقياسا سمات الشخصية، ودافعية التطوع على عينة قوامها (367) طالبًا وطالبة، اختيروا بالطريقة المتيسرة.

النتائج: أشارت النتائج إلى مستوى مرتفع من دافعية التطوع لدى أفراد العينة، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا في مستوى دافعية التطوع في الأبعاد جميعها تبعًا لمتغيري الكلية، والجنس باستثناء بعد الاهتمامات الإنسانية تجاه الآخرين لصالح الإناث. وأظهرت النتائج أن سمات الشخصية تراوحت من مستوى متوسط إلى مرتفع، وجاء بعد الانفتاحية في المرتبة الأولى، في حين جاء بعد العصابية في المرتبة الأخيرة، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لسمات الشخصية في الأبعاد جميعها تبعًا لمتغيري الجنس، والكلية باستثناء بعدي "العصابية، والانفتاحية" لصالح الكليات العلمية. وأشارت النتائج إلى جود علاقة سالبة دالة إحصائيًا بين العصابية ودافعية التطوع، وعلاقة موجبة دالة إحصائيًا بين دافعية التطوع وسمات الشخصية: الانفتاحية، والانبساطية، والقبول، والضمير لدى المشاركين في المبادرات الطلابية في جامعة اليرموك.

الخلاصة: خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تنظيم ندوات، وورش عمل تفاعلية تبرز أهمية المشاركة في المبادرات الطلابية، كتطوير المهارات الشخصية والاجتماعية، وتعزيز الشعور بالانتماء، والمساهمة المجتمعية.
