دراسة تحليلية للسمات القيادية لدى حكام الألعاب الجماعية في الأردن

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم مستوى السمات القيادية لحكام الألعاب الجماعية في الأردن وتحليل الفروق في هذا المستوى بناءً على متغيرات مثل نوع اللعبة، درجة الحكم، عدد سنوات الخبرة، والنوع الاجتماعي.
المنهجية: تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة، حيث اشتملت العينة على 227 حكمًا مختارين بطريقة عمدية من حكام الألعاب الجماعية (كرة القدم، كرة السلة، كرة اليد، والكرة الطائرة) المعتمدين لدى الاتحادات الرياضية خلال موسم 2020/2021. تم تصميم أداة الدراسة بوجود 44 فقرة توزع على خمس مجالات: السمات الاجتماعية، السمات العقلية والمعرفية، السمات الوجدانية والانفعالية، السمات الشخصية والجسمية، وسمات اتخاذ القرار. تم تقسيم مستوى الإجابات إلى مرتفع، متوسط، ومنخفض. وللتحليل الإحصائي، تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، وأجري تحليل التباين-متعدد الاتجاهات، بالإضافة إلى اختبار ألفا كرونباخ.
النتائج: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسط الحسابي لمستوى السمات القيادية لحكام الألعاب الجماعية في الأردن كان مرتفعًا بمتوسط حسابي (4.45). وعلى صعيدي المجالات الخمسة للدراسة، جاءت النتائج مرتفعة كالتالي: مجال السمات العقلية والمعرفية بمتوسط حسابي (4.53)، مجال السمات الشخصية والجسمية بمتوسط حسابي (4.51)، مجال السمات الاجتماعية بمتوسط حسابي (4.50)، مجال السمات الوجدانية والانفعالية بمتوسط حسابي (4.43)، وأخيرًا، مجال سمات اتخاذ القرار بمتوسط حسابي (4.24). وأيضًا، لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد العينة بناءً على متغيرات الدراسة: نوع اللعبة، درجة الحكم، عدد سنوات الخبرة، والنوع الاجتماعي عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥α).
الخلاصة: خلصت الدراسة إلى أن حكام الألعاب الجماعية في الأردن (كرة القدم، كرة السلة، كرة اليد،الكرة الطائرة) يتميزون بسمات قياديّة بدرجة مرتفعة. توصي الدراسة بإجراء دراسات للوقوف على سمات الحكام من وجهة نظر اللاعبين والمدربين.
