الملخص

الأهداف: تحديــد درجة استخدام المعلمين للمهارات الوظيفية للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية تبعًا لمتغيــرات الخبرة، أو المؤهل العلمي، أو الجنــس.

المنهجية : شارك فــي الدراســة (200) معلمًا ومعلمة من العاملين في مراكز التربية الخاصة في الاردن، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة جرى تطوير قائمة بالمهارات الوظيفية اللازمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية؛ حيث تمتعت اداة الدراسة بدلالات صدق ثبات مقبولة.

النتائج: أشارت النتائج الى ان درجة استخدام المعلمين للمهارات الوظيفية للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية للأداة ككل كانت مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي (3.44)، كما انها جاءت مرتفعة في جميع المجالات؛ حيث كان أعلاها لمهارة اتخاذ القرار بمتوسط حسابي (3.67)، ثم يليها المتوسط الحسابي (3.56) لمهارة التهيئة المهنية، وأخيرًا مجال مهارات الحياة اليومية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ(3.27) . كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة ومتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي في جميع المهارات وفي درجة الأهمية ككل.

التوصيات : إجــراء المزيد من الدراســات والأبحــاث المتخصصــة بمضاميــن المهارات الوظيفية؛ بهــدف الوقــوف علــىأهم المهارات التــي يحتاج إليها الأشخاص ذوي الاعاقة الذهنية.
